About

I discovered that my self-doubts and insecurities are often a result of my comparing myself to others while knowing full well that we each have our own unique paths.

The root of the issue is that we let other people define who we are, how we should think, and how we should live our lives.

When we lead our lives with other people’s expectations, we are not living authentically, and will continue to disappoint ourselves with other people’s definitions of who we are.

When we are able to accept our “shortcomings” that are in fact based on societal norms and expectations rather than our true authentic selves, we gain confidence with the realization that we are strong, beautiful, and valued the way we are.

I’m am exploring how I became who I am and am reframing my mindset on self-worth and self-image to live a life that is true to myself.

My goal is to empower girls and women who have shared similar experiences to reframe their thinking and build new courage to be their true selves.
